The Big Hard

Here is a story that says history shows New Orleans will rise again. The American Thinker says when it does, it needs to be different.

And meanwhile, the media focuses only on New Orleans and we know far too little about what's going on in Mississippi, Alabama, and other parts of Louisiana. Possibly there may be some good news there? We could use a little bit of that now.
